The Coach

Pastor Matt McKay is the Director of Kid’s Ministry at Trinity Church with over 20 years of experience. As keynote speaker at children’s conferences worldwide, he has motivated hundreds of leaders and parents raising the next generation of Christ-followers. After consulting with children’s pastors who wanted resources for volunteers and parents that are easy to prepare and fun for the kids, he developed KIDS IN ACTION, a video-based curriculum for the church and home. Now he’s excited to introduce THE CHURCH + FAMILY EXCHANGE, an inspirational weekend to equip the children’s pastor, volunteers, and parents to raise godly sons and daughters in today’s world the best way possible…together.

An individual session for you, the children’s pastor. Pastor Matt learns about the unique needs of the pastor, volunteers, and parents and designs a personalized strategy for each. With fresh support, you will be excited and ready for the weekend and beyond!

A group session for your children’s ministry volunteers. Pastor Matt inspires and gives practical tips to use in the classroom or service each week. Volunteers will leave feeling renewed and excited to speak into the kids they teach!

A group session for parents.
Pastor Matt empowers parents to be the primary discipler of their children.
They will walk away felling equipped and particularly motivated to invest in their sons and daughters’ life and spiritual growth!
